Deferred Long Service Leave. Administrative Salary Classes 11-20 Employees in Administrative Salary Classes 11 to 20 inclusive who have completed seven (7) years of service with the Division shall accumulate deferred long service leave to their credit at the rate of one (1) day for each year of service, prior to January 1, 1987 and four (4) days of long service leave for each year of service subsequent to January 1, 1987, such leave to be taken at the discretion of the employee subject to the exigencies of the service, and provided that the employee's service has not been terminated for just cause.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Military Service Leave The Employer and the Union agree that the matter of leave of absence for an employee during the period of his/her military service with the armed forces of the United States, and of his/her reinstatement thereafter, shall be governed by applicable statutes.
