A full-time regular employee covered by this Agreement who is not eligible, pursuant to the terms of this Article, for membership in the Town’s Retirement System shall enroll and become a member in the Town of Greenwich Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (the “DC Plan”) as set forth in this paragraph 6.
