Definition of a Child. A child is anyone who has not yet reached their 18th birthday (SET Procedures).
Definition of a Child. ‌ A child of a person includes: • Someone who is a child of the person within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975 • An adopted child or step child of the person. It does not matter if the child is an adult.
