Definition of Fees. 4.1.1. Referral fee is the money that is to be paid by Us to You for referring a Customer in the case that the Customer is Nominated to a different Partner or becomes a Direct Customer, and you have Actively Participated in the sale. You are not eligible for a Referral fee for a Customer if you receive a Commission or Activity Bonus for that Customer.
