Definition of Qualified Employee. A person employed in the school district must work more than twenty-four hours per week in order to qualify for benefits. Any employee who is currently eligible for and/or currently receiving benefits shall continue to be eligible to receive such benefits in the event of involuntary reduction of hours below twenty-four (24) hours per week.
