Definition of Qualified. To be deemed “qualified”, the employee must have completed his or her probation period and be able to fulfill the operational requirements of the route as outlined in the specifications identified in the Schedule “A” of the Mail Transportation and Delivery Agreement for the vacant route or permanent relief position, including the ability to supply the specified vehicle and the appropriate driver’s license on the day the assignment begins.
