Replacement of a Designated Holiday. When a designated holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the paid leave shall be moved to the first working day following the designated holiday. When a designated holiday falls during an employee’s annual leave, he or she shall be entitled to another day of leave with pay at a time of his or her choosing.
