The Board agrees that a bulletin board shall be provided for the exclusive use of the Association in each school building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. The regular district inter-communication email system and building mail service shall be made available to the Association for communications to employees. H. Both parties agree that they shall not discriminate against an employee or applicant for reason of race, creed, color, marital status, sex, age, or national origin. I. F. 2.3 The School Board agrees that its rules Rules and regulations Regulations governing non-probationary employee employees' conduct shall will be reasonable judged according to the Master Contract and that enforcement of non- probationary employee discipline shall be for just causethe Illinois School Code. G. 2.4 The Board agrees that a bulletin board shall be provided for the exclusive use of the Association in each school building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. The regular district inter-communication email system and building mail service shall be made available to the Association for communications to employees. H. Both parties agree that they shall not discriminate against an employee or applicant for reason of race, creed, color, marital status, sex, age, or national origin. I. The Board agrees that the Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings for meetings post notices of activities and to transact official matters of Association business concern on school property provided that this does not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations as determined by the superintendent. When special custodial service is required the Board may make a reasonable charge for this serviceteacher bulletin boards. J. 2.5 The Board agrees parties mutually agree that the Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is teacher mailboxes for communications to teachers. However, in order not otherwise in useto disrupt the educational process, the Association will obtain permission from the Principal or Superintendent for use of copy machines or teacher mailboxes; no censorship of materials to be copied or distributed will occur. The Association will pay for supplies used on machines. K. 2.6 The school building may be used by the BEA and its respective affiliates for meetings pursuant to the Building Use Agreement Policy with fees waived. 2.7 Duly authorized representatives of the Association and Board agree that shall have the right to transact official Association communication on school property. Association work is to be done after the school day ends, during the noon hour, or before the teacher's report time, but not during the time school is in session except under extenuating circumstances. 2.8 Association members will not discuss school/teacher relationships or matters relating to supervisor- employee relationships shall not be discussed supervisory teachers in the presence of students. L. The Board agrees to provide agenda and approved minutes of all Board meetings and to furnish the Association from time to time in response to reasonable written requests: Annual financial reports and audits, a register and addresses of employees, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, treasurer’s reports, census and pupil membership data, and all other information which will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and constructive programs on behalf of employees and the students, and information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. The Association will in turn provide rosters, and approved agenda and minutes of all general meetings.
