Definition of Shifts. Day Shift - 7:00 a.m. to 3:59 p.m. Afternoon Shift - 4:00 p.m. to 10:59 p.m. Night Shift - 11:00 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. Any employee working the majority of that employee's regularly scheduled hours in a day within the shift shall be paid the appropriate shift differential for all regular hours worked that day.
