– Harassment-Free Work Place. It is the intent of the parties to provide a work environment, which is free of discrimination, harassment and intimidation. No employee will be subjected to any form of a poisoned atmosphere by representatives of the Employer, other employees, or clients of the Employer. Any acts contrary to the above will not be tolerated in the work place and may result in a requirement for education and/or discipline.

– Harassment-Free Work Place. If an incident of alleged harassment not otherwise provided for occurs, the employee should consult his/her agency’s policies and procedures for instructions on how to proceed. If work place harassment is alleged by an employee or the Employer, at the discretion of the employee, a Union representative will work with the appropriate agency office (e.g., Affirmative Action, Human Resources, Equity & Diversity, Employee Assistance Program, etc.) representative in an attempt to resolve the issue.
– Harassment-Free Work Place. No employee shall harass other employees or administrators with respect to their race, creed, ethnic origin, sex or age. Any employee who believes that he or she has been the target of repeated harassment or intimidation has the right to report such harassment or intimidation to his or her immediate supervisor or to the Superintendent directly. Any employee who violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to disciplinary action as provided herein.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • FREE WORKPLACE The Recipient must be in compliance with The Federal Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988. The policies and procedures applicable to violations of these requirements are set forth in 41 U.S.C. §§ 8101-8106.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.
