Definition of Support Services. COUNTY may contact COMPANY via the customer support portal or assigned after hours phone numbers. COMPANY will respond to Program inquiries, coordinate resolution of Program problems, including, without limitation, verification of any reported errors, provide acceptable problem workarounds and communicate with designated COUNTY contacts on status and/or for additional problem information and supply the Error Corrections and/or Update Release, as necessary.

Definition of Support Services. As identified below, Licensor shall provide free telephone and email support of the Software during Regular Licensor Business Hours on Business Days. Scheduled Support, emergency Support and Support requested outside the Regular Licensor Business Hours and Business Days are charged out according to Licensor's then current Time and Materials Charges.

Software Maintenance and Support pricing will increase for renewal terms by an amount not to exceed 5% of the prior year term fee, provided that increases associated with additional software license purchases, if any, will be incorporated into the base for the purpose of calculation of each annual increase.
