Wherever in this document and in any attachments hereto, the terms "Contract" and/or "Agreement" are used to describe the conditions and covenants incumbent upon the parties hereto, these terms are interchangeable. B. The terms beneficiary, client, consumer, customer, participant, or patient are used interchangeably throughout this document and refers to the individual(s) receiving services.
