Definitions and Employee Coverage. For purposes of the recognition granted the Association and for purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall be applicable: Full-Time Employee: A full-time employee is an employee who is working at least thirty (30) hours per week on a regular schedule in a position classified by the Employer as permanent. An individual is classified as a full time school year employee if their position is normally scheduled to work the school year as set by the school calendar rather than scheduled to work twelve (12) months per year.
