Selected degrees and course descriptions may be found in the TJC Catalog. According to TAC Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter T, students must file a degree plan after completing 15 or more semester credit hours. The approved courses and crosswalk may be found in Addenda III and IV of this MOU.

Unless the context requires otherwise, (i) any definition of or reference to any agreement, instrument, other document, statute or regulation herein shall be construed as referring to such agreement, instrument, other document, statute or regulation as from time to time amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, (ii) any reference herein to any Person shall be construed to include such Person’s successors and assigns, but shall not be deemed to include the subsidiaries of such Person unless express reference is made to such subsidiaries, (iii) the words “herein”, “hereof and “hereunder”, and words of similar import, shall be construed to refer to this Agreement in its entirety and not to any particular provision hereof, (iv) all references herein to Articles, Sections and Annexes shall be construed to refer to Articles, Sections and Annexes of this Agreement, (v) unless otherwise expressly qualified herein, the words “asset” and “property” shall be construed to have the same meaning and effect and to refer to any and all tangible and intangible assets and properties, including cash, securities, accounts and contract rights and (vi) the term “or” is not exclusive. (b) As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings specified below:

  • Abbreviations and Defined Terms Customary abbreviations may be used in the name of a Holder of a Note or an assignee, such as: TEN COM (= tenants in common), TEN ENT (= tenants by the entireties), JT TEN (= joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common), CUST (= Custodian), and U/G/M/A (= Uniform Gifts to Minors Act).

  • Terminology and Definitions All personal pronouns used herein, whether used in the masculine, feminine, or neutral, shall include all other genders; the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular.

  • COVERAGE AND DEFINITIONS THIS AGREEMENT shall apply to and cover the construction, installation, treating, reconditioning, taking-up, re-bevelling, re-laying, relocating, stockpiling, double- jointing or testing of all distribution pipelines or any segments thereof, including marine pipelines, transporting gas, oil, vapours, liquids, slurries, solids, or other transportable materials and underground and marine cables and all work incidental thereto and an integral part thereof coming within the jurisdiction of the Union, contracted for or performed by the Employer within Canada as such work is more fully described below. By mutual agreement this contract may be extended to cover other territory.
