Common use of Degree Stipend Clause in Contracts

Degree Stipend. Any employee holding an Associate Degree will receive a three hundred dollar ($300) stipend per year. Any employee holding a Bachelor’s Degree will receive a six hundred dollar ($600) stipend per year. Coursework applying towards any degree need not be pre-approved to receive the degree stipend.

It is the intention of this section to allow for the accumulated stipend of nine hundred dollars ($900) for employees having an Associate’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree.
