  • Suspension of Service and Acceleration If any amount owing by You under this or any other agreement for Our services is 30 or more days overdue (or 10 or more days overdue in the case of amounts You have authorized Us to charge to Your credit card), We may, without limiting Our other rights and remedies, accelerate Your unpaid fee obligations under such agreements so that all such obligations become immediately due and payable, and suspend Our services to You until such amounts are paid in full.

  • Installation and Acceptance 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in the Proposal, SDSD shall install the Product and other Licensed Materials on the Equipment.

  • Sickness and Accident If the Contractor’s Employees fall sick in the period during which they are engaged on the RLA, the UNDP shall not be responsible for arranging or paying for medical treatment and attention. The UNDP shall not be required to pay for the services of the Contractor’s Employees for any period that the Contractor’s Employees are incapacitated by sickness. If in the opinion of the UNDP, any of the Contractor’s Employees either has been or will be incapacitated by sickness for an unreasonable period or period then, and in that case, it shall be at the discretion of the UNDP to decide if and when the employment of the Contractor’s Employee under the RLA shall be terminated and the Contractor be required to replace him. In this event, the Contractor shall on receipt of instructions from the UNDP comply forthwith and shall substitute for the Employee whose services are so terminated another and satisfactory person and the whole costs of such replacements shall be at the Contractor’s expense.

  • AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE Seller’s unqualified acceptance of this AGREEMENT is evidenced by either: (i) signing and returning to Buyer a written acknowledgment of this AGREEMENT; (ii) commencing work under such AGREEMENT; or (iii) acceptance of payment. By acceptance of this AGREEMENT as just defined, Xxxxxx agrees to be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, including any supplements thereto, and all specifications and other documents referred to herein.   • Availability of PHI for Amendment Modernizing Medicine shall provide PHI in EMA to Medical Practice for amendment, and incorporate any such amendments in the PHI (for so long as Modernizing Medicine maintains such information in the Designated Record Set), in accordance with this Addendum and as required by 45 C.F.R. § 164.526. If Modernizing Medicine receives a request for amendment to PHI directly from an Individual, Modernizing Medicine shall forward such request to Medical Practice within ten (10) business days. Medical Practice shall have the sole responsibility for determining whether to approve an amendment to PHI and to make such amendment.

  • EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
