Common use of Delay In Returning To Work Clause in Contracts

Delay In Returning To Work. An Employee whose return to work is delayed following conclusion of any leave of absence granted pursuant to this Agreement shall be required to provide the Employer with reasonable grounds for the delay. In the event the Employee does not provide reasonable grounds for the delay, the Employee may be subject to discipline up to and including discharge.
