Remittance of Deductions. All deductions made by the Employer pursuant to this Article shall be remitted to the Union by not later than the fifteenth (15) day of the calendar month following the date of deduction and shall be accompanied by information specifying the names, social insurance number, gross salary and number of hours worked of the Employees from whose pay such deductions have been made and the purpose of the deduction and the amount in each case. The employer will deduct and forward the applicable initiation fee.
