DELAY TO STATE CONTRACTS. (Applicable to ALL Projects) The Agency agrees to schedule and perform the work herein in such a manner as not to delay WSDOT’s contractor in the performance of any WSDOT contract in the area. WSDOT shall in no way be held liable for any damage to the Agency by reason of any such work by WSDOT, its agents or representatives, or by the exercise of any rights by WSDOT upon roads, streets, public places, or structures in question.
