Delegates to OEA Representative Assembly. The BCEA shall be entitled to send up to three (3) official delegates to the Ohio Education Association Representative Assembly, annually, without loss of pay while in attendance at such meeting. However, no more than one (1) regular employee from any job classification may attend such meeting.
