Deletion of Products. OGS reserves the right to delete any Product from the Contract at its discretion at any time.
Deletion of Products. Manufacturer may delete specific Products, provided such Products are replaced with next generation Products, from coverage by this Agreement upon (30) thirty-day written notice to Agent, which notice includes an amendment of the attached Exhibit A reflecting the deletion. Deletion of Products. Subject to TRW's obligations under Article 2 -------------------- hereof, should TRW discontinue offering for sale any Products listed in Exhibit 1A, TRW may delete such Products from Exhibit 1A, effective one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after giving Buyer notice of such deletion. Other provisions hereof notwithstanding, the deletion of any Products pursuant to this Section 3.6 shall not relieve TRW from its obligation to deliver Products for which an Order has been accepted by TRW pursuant to Section 3.4.
Deletion of Products. Rockford and Path will discontinue Products as they reasonably determine is necessary because of obsolescence, inadequate sales, or new product developments.
Deletion of Products. Effective as of the Effective Date, Exhibit A-3 Price Lists to the Agreement is hereby amended to delete the Products set forth in Schedule 2 hereto. The price of such Products and other pertinent information concerning such Products is also set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

Distributor shall have the option to make a "last buy" of obsolete OEM Products to meet customer requirements. Any OEM Product purchased as part of this "last buy" is not eligible for return to Echelon on any basis except for warranty purposes.
Deletion of Products. EyeSys may delete any Product from Exhibit A -------------------- --------- effective sixty (60) days after written notice to Nidek of such deletion. During such notice period, Nidek may continue to place orders for such deleted Products, provided that the delivery dates requested by Nidek are within six (6) months of the effective date of EyeSys's Product deletion.
Deletion of Products. If Lilly is required by any regulatory agency to withdraw the Bulk Material from the market in any country, Lilly shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Section 13.6(e) of this Agreement for any country or territory in which, at its sole discretion, Lilly decides to withdraw the Product, no matter if the country or territory was included in the
