Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.
Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.
Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.

Train Operator - Affiliates Except as permitted by Clause 14.2, the Train Operator shall procure that its Affiliates and its and their respective officers, employees and agents shall keep confidential and not disclose to any person any Confidential Information.
OWNER OPERATOR 22:01 It is agreed that the Owner Operators, as independent contractors or otherwise, are employees for the purpose of this Collective Agreement and shall be covered by the same as herein set forth:
PRODUCER Provide the producer’s name, address (including country), e-mail address, and telephone number, if different from the certifier or exporter or, if there are multiple producers, state “Various” or provide a list of producers. A person who wishes for this information to remain confidential may state “Available upon request by the importing authorities”. The address of a producer shall be the place of production of the good in a Party’s territory.
Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship. Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.
