Snack bar. Food is well prepared and meets customer expectations. Snack bar hours of operation are posted. There is adequate staff to maintain excellent service. All food service areas are clean and orderly. Food is store in the most sanitary of conditions. Refrigeration and cooking equipment is clean and operate at proper temperatures.
Snack bar. For the Snack Bar Coordinator, the standard working day shall be eight (8) hours plus one- half (.5) hour duty-free unpaid lunch. Starting time for Snack Bar Coordinator is 6:30 a.m. and ending time is 3 p.m. The standard working day for the Snack Bar Assistant will be determined by the Director. Snack bar staff will work the same calendar days as the CACC teachers. Twelve (12) month employees are expected to report to work each regularly scheduled day. If the CACC business office is open and a twelve (12) month employee does not report for work due to inclement weather, the employee must use a personal leave or vacation day. In the event that all personal leave and vacations days have already been used, one (1) day’s pay will be deducted for each day the employee does not report for work.
Snack bar. The Renter will provide a “cash box” for use in the Snack Bar and abide by all County Health Department rules and regulations.
