Deliveries by Licensor. Prior to or on the Closing Date, Licensor shall deliver to Licensee the following, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Licensee and its counsel:
Deliveries by Licensor. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, and upon receipt of payment in full of the initial payment installment as determined in Section 5.1 below, Licensor shall deliver to Licensee copies of the Licensed Technology.
Deliveries by Licensor. Licensor shall have delivered to OnCore at Closing all of the items specified to be delivered in Section 2.2 hereof.
Deliveries by Licensor. 4.01 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor shall furnish the Licensed Materials to Licensee promptly after the Effective Date.
