Delivery and Return of Products. Customer shall send Products requiring service to Honeywell in accordance with Honeywell’s directives and shall be responsible for all actions and costs related to delivery of its Product(s) to Honeywell. Customer shall be solely responsible for providing adequate insurance for its Products and Customer shall bear the risk of loss for its Product(s), whether located at Honeywell or in transit to or from Honeywell.
Delivery and Return of Products. Customer assumes the full expense of transportation and in-transit insurance to Customer's premises and for installation of the Products. Upon expiration or termination of each Schedule, Customer will, at NetWolves' instructions and at Customer's expense (including transportation and in-transit insurance), have the Products deinstalled, audited by the manufacturer, packed and shipped in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and returned to NetWolves in the same operating order, repair and appearance as when installed (ordinary wear and tear excluded), to a location within the continental United States as directed by NetWolves. All items returned to NetWolves in addition to the Products become property of NetWolves.

For Support Services relating to the Product operating system, Customer shall provide a safe electronic method for delivering the operating system updates and Honeywell may require Customer to send Products requiring updates to Honeywell in accordance with Honeywell’s directives and shall be responsible for all actions and costs related to delivery of its Product(s) to Honeywell if no safe delivery method can be established. In case Products must be shipped to a Honeywell location, Customer shall be solely responsible for providing adequate insurance for its Products and Customer shall bear the risk of loss for its Product(s), whether located at Honeywell or in transit to or from Honeywell.
