Delivery of As-Built Drawings. Promptly following the completion of any Alterations that required Landlord’s prior consent, to the extent applicable to such Alterations, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord (1) “as built” drawings of any Alterations included therein, certified as accurate by the licensed architect or engineer selected by Tenant to supervise such work and (2) a certificate from Tenant’s licensed architect or engineer certifying to Landlord that such Alterations have been completed in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and in material compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements.
Delivery of As-Built Drawings. The City shall deliver to SNA a complete set of as-built drawings with respect to the Cable as soon as the City obtains and accepts the same from the contractor who constructed the Cable. Upon receipt of said as-built drawings, the parties will amend APPENDIX 2 to incorporate a description of the as-built drawings therein.
Delivery of As-Built Drawings. Upon the completion of any Work, but in no event later than twenty (20) days following completion of the Work, User shall or it shall ensure that UOC shall tender to GoldenState electronic and hard copies of As-Built Drawings, which will identify the date upon which the Work was performed, including the date on which Work commenced and the date on which Work was completed. Upon GoldenState’s receipt of the As-Built Drawings, the As-Built Drawings shall replace Exhibit A of the Site Agreement relating to the affected Site.
