Demise of Leased Property. The Authority demises and leases to the County and the County leases from the Authority, the Leased Property, for the term set forth in Section 4.1 and the Basic Rent and Additional Rent and in accordance with the terms of this Lease Agreement. The Authority hereby agrees to perform the obligations imposed upon it as lessee under the Ground Lease. Subject to the provisions of Articles VI and VII, the County shall be entitled to possession of the Leased Property during the term of this Lease Agreement.
Demise of Leased Property. Landlord hereby leases and demises to Tenant, for the Term and any holdover period(s) as described in Section 2.2, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for such period, the Leased Property. In connection with the foregoing, Tenant shall lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy and enjoy the Leased Property during the Term without hindrance or ejection by Landlord or by any Persons lawfully claiming under Landlord (subject to the terms and provisions of Article 10 hereof).
