Delivery of Content. During the Term, except as otherwise set forth herein, Licensor shall make available to Licensee the Licensed Content for display on the Licensed Site. Licensor reserves the right to modify the Licensed Content in its reasonable discretion. Licensor shall notify Licensee of any such modifications. Licensor is not liable for delays or failures of delivery beyond its reasonable control. Licensor's sole responsibility for any such delay or failure is to deliver or re-deliver the relevant Licensed Content as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery of Content. Content Partner will deliver to lnfoseek the Content to be hosted by lnfoseek in a mutually agreeable format, electronically via modem or Internet access (e.g. Internet ftp or Internet e-mail). Content

Content Partner will deliver to the GO Entities the Content to be included on GO Network in a digital format (such as HTML) or in another mutually agreeable electronic format, via modem or Internet access (e.g. Internet ftp or Internet e-mail). Content Partner agrees to certify that all deliveries hereunder were made electronically. The initial delivery of Content shall include all items listed on Appendix A and shall be made no later than March 31, 2000. Content Partner will provide additional Content elements and make updates to the Content available to the GO Entities, and the GO Entities will update the Content on GO Network, on a mutually agreed upon schedule and basis.

During the Term (defined in Section 7.1, below), Planet will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide or make the Content available to Licensee via the Platform or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties in the Order Schedule. Licensee agrees that it has received a copy of the Content, including Software (i.e. human-readable and editable code (“source code”), executable code (“object code”)), data sheets, BOMs, schematics, application notes, design & development tools, evaluation board material (i.e. BOM, Gerber, user manual, schematic, test procedures, etc.), design models, reference designs, reference manuals, and other related material (collectively the “Content”) for the purpose of enabling Licensee to use the Content and then incorporate the functionality of such Content for use only with ON Semiconductor Products. Licensee agrees that the delivery of any Software does not constitute a sale and the Software is only licensed.
Delivery of Content. Morningstar will deliver the Content to Licensee in the manner and in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Morningstar product package descriptions, as those descriptions may be modified by Morningstar from time to time. Licensee, at its own expense, will provide the hardware, software, other materials or facilities necessary to permit Licensee and its Patrons to access the Content and use any Software delivered by Morningstar hereunder.

Delivery of Content. You agree that your use of User Supplied Content in connection with the Service shall be in accordance with the User Supplied Content Policy. Printfection may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, determine whether any User Supplied Content complies with such policy and is appropriate for use with the Service. Printfection, may in its sole discretion determine that the User Supplied Content does not satisfy the User Supplied Content Policy, and refuse to allow you to use User Supplied Content in connection with the Service.
