Delivery of Licensed Software. Licensee may access the Licensed Software upon acceptance of this agreement.
Delivery of Licensed Software. Unless the parties agree on an alternative means or time of delivery, Pondurance will deliver electronically the Licensed Software to Licensee on or before the Effective Date.

At no charge to Licensee, Emulex shall deliver to Buyer one (1) copy of the Source Code and (1) copy of the Object Code for the Emulex Drivers to be used by Licensee upon a mutually agreeable schedule after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Emulex Drivers shall function in accordance with their specifications.

IN ADDITION, THE LICENSOR SHALL, FOR SO LONG AS THE ISV AGREEMENT IS IN EFFECT AND CONCURRENTLY WITH ANY RELEASE OF A NEW VERSION OF THE LICENSOR'S APPLICATION SERVER SOFTWARE (A "NEW VERSION"), DELIVER AN UPDATED VERSION OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE WHICH IS FULLY COMPATIBLE
Delivery of Licensed Software. Unless otherwise already in the possession of GENUITY, as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of this Agreement, but in any event within thirty (30) days thereafter, GTE shall deliver to GENUITY a number of copies of each item comprising the Documentation and the Licensed Programs; provided, however, the number of copies of Licensed Programs shall in no event not exceed the number of Designated Systems.
Delivery of Licensed Software. CONTRACTOR will deliver the licensed Software by making it available for electronic download by COUNTY through CONTRACTOR’s Service Marketplace (xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx/swdc). Risk of loss passes at the time of such electronic delivery. COUNTY agrees not to request any physical delivery of licensed software. If physical delivery of the license Software should occur, COUNTY shall reject any such delivery.
Delivery of Licensed Software. All Software Products, including but not limited to any updates, upgrades or patches that are provided by ZPE, will be delivered by ZPE only by electronic means, from a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site. If an FTP site is not available, the parties will cooperate to determine an appropriate electronic means for delivery. In no event will ZPE be required to deliver any Software Product, or any updates, upgrades or patches, on tangible media.
Delivery of Licensed Software. Lucent agrees to cause the Business ----------------------------- Employees, at the Closing, to deliver to the Relevant Licensee copies of all Code of whatever kind in whatever medium that embody the Licensed Software. To Lucent's knowledge, a copy of all of the Licensed Software already is in possession of such Business Employees or is part of the Purchased Assets. However, Lucent agrees to take all steps reasonably requested by the Relevant Licensee (in writing and for a period of 1 year after the Effective Date) in connection with delivering to the Relevant Licensee any missing parts of the Licensed Software to the extent such Licensed Software is available within Lucent at the time of such request.
Delivery of Licensed Software. On or about the date hereof, Licensor shall provide the most recent copy used by Licensor of all Licensed Software (in source code format), on compact disc or other tangible material mutually agreed to by the Parties, to Licensee by delivery to Licensee.
Delivery of Licensed Software. Subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Sun shall deliver the Licensed Software to a carrier, F.O.B.
