Designated Systems definition

Designated Systems means a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device selected through the RFP by the IPA for inclusion in this REC Contract.
Designated Systems means the Transferred Systems serving the communities identified in Schedule 1.1(a).
Designated Systems means the computer hardware and operating system(s) of Customer on which the Software is loaded and operated, as authorized under this License Agreement and may be designated in the applicable Proposal.

Examples of Designated Systems in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, in no event shall Seller be liable to Buyer, with respect to a Designated System, in an amount that exceeds the sum of the Collateral Requirement and one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the total payments Seller has received from Buyer associated with RECs from such Designated System; and with respect to this Agreement, the sum of such calculation across all Designated Systems under this Agreement.

  • Schedule C to a Product Order provides a summary of the status of all Designated Systems included in such Product Order.

  • In the event of a direct assignment by Seller permitted by this Agreement, any Performance Assurance posted in the form of cash may constitute the Performance Assurance applicable to the assignee for the transferred Product Order(s) and will continue to be held by Buyer; alternatively, Seller’s Performance Assurance with respect to the Designated Systems in the transferred Product Order(s) may be refunded upon request if and when the assignee posts replacement Performance Assurance.


More Definitions of Designated Systems

Designated Systems means the computer hardware and operating system(s) designated on the Order Form(s).
Designated Systems means the computer hardware, software, operating system and platforms or functional equivalents (i) owned or controlled by the Licensee; and (ii) identified in or conforming to the VQ platform specification.
Designated Systems. Means the L3Harris System(s), products, and Designated Terminals purchased by Buyer and identified in the Primary Agreement for which the Licensed Programs and documentation are intended to be used.
Designated Systems means End User's computer hardware and operating system(s) designated on the Order Form(s).
