Delivery of Maintenance Budget. Upon completion by Authority, the preliminary budget will promptly be delivered to Developer for review. Developer shall have fifteen (15) days to review and comment on the preliminary budget. Authority will duly evaluate and implement the reasonable suggestions made by Developer, and Authority shall distribute a final version of the budget to Developer (as finalized, the “Maintenance Budget”). The Maintenance Budget shall also be delivered to the City upon completion. The Maintenance Budget must be completed by no later than June 1 in any given year.
