Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Seller and NBD shall have delivered a Xxxx of Sale substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. Guppy shall deliver to ROTHSCHILD, XXXXXX and LENARSKY or their written designees, on the Closing Date, any and all documents evidencing the xxxx of sale(s) as may be reasonably requested in order to complete the transfer the Intellectual Property Assets to the Original IP owners substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit 1.3.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a duly executed xxxx of sale in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Xxxx of Sale”).
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Seller shall have delivered a ------------------------ Xxxx of Sale substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Seller shall have delivered to the Purchaser the Xxxx of Sale as provided in Section 3.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Transferor shall have delivered a Xxxx of Sale substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Seller and FNBC shall have delivered a Xxxx of Sale substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. Subject to satisfaction of the Escrow Conditions, as defined in the Escrow Agreement, the Escrow Agent shall deliver the Xxxx of Sale to SFRTA no later than five (5) business days after receiving the necessary authorization from AAF and FECR pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. If all the conditions to the Closing have been satisfied and removed and further provided that all items to be held by Escrow Agent pursuant to this Paragraph 6.5 have been deposited in Escrow Holder’s Client Trust Account and have been disbursed by Escrow Agent or PLNI pursuant to the terms of this Paragraph 6.5 at or prior to the Closing, Riezman Xxxxxx, P.C. shall deliver to the Escrow Agent the Xxxx of Sale for the LLC Assets.
Delivery of Xxxx of Sale. The Seller and the EFG Trustee shall have delivered a Xxxx of Sale substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
