Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
Delivery Points Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.
QUANTITY BASIS OF CONTRACT – NO GUARANTEED QUANTITIES The contract established has no guarantee of any specific quantity and the State is obligated only to buy that quantity which is needed by its agencies.
Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.
Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.
