Service provided hereunder is in lien of natural gas provided from syslem supply. Buye1 ag1ces that the transp01tation service is p1ovided on an interruptible basis. Inten uptions shall be at the sole discretion of Seller or whenever set vice is interrupted by any upstream pipeline (b) NQ~lliATION PROCEDURES Seller agrees to accept and lranspo1t up to 1~.0 dekatherms, excluding sh1 inkage volumes, of natural gas on a daily basis. Ruye1 will notify Seller at least five (5) days pdor to the end of the month the volumes of gas, 111 dekathenns, to be transported on a daily ba<;is during tl1e next calendar month. Buyer has the right to change the volume to be transported dming the month on a datly basis It is Duye1 's respons1bihty to notify producers producc1s and connecting pipelines pipehnes regarding any change in transportation tl'ansportation volumes.
