Demotion H. Other Mutually Agreed Discipline The level of discipline shall be commensurate with the infraction and may be advanced discipline on the initial infraction, up to and including removal. The Employer may place an employee on administrative leave while investigating a disciplinary matter. Any suspension shall be for a specific number of days on which the employee would be regularly scheduled to work. Holidays occurring during a period of suspension shall be counted as workdays for the purpose of suspension.
