Other Mutually Agreed Discipline. The level of discipline shall be commensurate with the infraction and may be advanced discipline on the initial infraction, up to and including removal. The Employer may place an employee on paid administrative leave while investigating a disciplinary matter. The parties agrees that counseling is a corrective measure for minor infractions in the work place and shall not be viewed as discipline as outlined in Section 8.2.
