Construction Contractor shall attempt to obtain from all present any problems or delaying event known to them for appropriate attention and resolution. Construction Contractor shall prepare written minutes of job meetings described in this Subsection and deliver copies of such written minutes to Owner and Design Professional within three (3) days of each meeting.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting.
