Denial Explanation. If a member is not hired for the vacant position, he/she will receive a written notification of the denial from the superintendent or his/her designee within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of selection. Upon request, the member will receive further written explanation from the superintendent or his/her designee of the specific reasons for the selection made.
