DENIAL OF PARTNERSHIP. 23.1 This Agreement shall not operate so as to create a partnership, joint venture or relationship of employment or of principal and agent of any kind between the parties.
DENIAL OF PARTNERSHIP. This Agreement shall not operate so as to create a partnership, relationship or agency or joint venture of any kind between the Minister or the Registrar and the Licensee.
DENIAL OF PARTNERSHIP. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Framework Agreement shall not constitute, create or otherwise give effect to a joint venture, pooling arrangement or partnership or similar arrangement between them. Nothing in this Framework Agreement is intended or shall be construed to create a relationship of agency between the Parties. Accordingly, except as expressly authorised herein, neither Party shall have any authority to act or make representations on behalf of the other Party, and nothing herein shall impose any liability on either Party in respect of any liability incurred by the other party to any third party.
DENIAL OF PARTNERSHIP. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship or principal and agent between the parties. Neither Party may pledge or purport to pledge the credit of the other Party or make or purport to make any representations, warranties or undertakings for the other Party.

The parties agree that this Agreement does not constitute a partnership between the County Council, the Provider and the Operator, or any of them, nor any relationship of principal, agent, employer or employee but each of the parties shall owe a duty of good faith to the others in the carrying out of the obligations herein contained

DENIAL OF PARTNERSHIP. This Agreement does not and shall not be construed to create or constitute a partnership, association or joint venture of any kind. The obligations of the parties hereto shall be several, and not joint or collective, each party to be responsible only for the obligations assumed herein by it. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to impose upon any other party any responsibility for the obligations assumed by any other party.
