Common use of Denial of Reclassification – Appeal Process Clause in Contracts

Denial of Reclassification – Appeal Process. If the reclassification is denied, the employee has the right to appeal the decision. The appeals committee will review the job study and make a final determination. If the decision is upheld, the employee must wait 18 months before requesting another job study. Another job study may be considered sooner if the supervisor can show a substantial change in the position since the last job study.
