Density for Normal Extension of Service a) The Grantee shall make service available to every Residential potential subscriber where the average density is equal to or greater than twenty-five occupied dwelling units per mile or six occupied dwelling units per quarter mile as measured in strand footage from the nearest technically feasible point in the existing cable distribution plant. Should through new construction an area meet the density requirements after the effective date of this Franchise, Grantee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Cable Service to such area within 90 days of the date that Grantee is notified of a request from a potential Subscriber of an occupied residential dwelling unit and Grantee verifies that the density requirement is satisfied. No charge in addition to the standard installation charge shall be made by the Grantee to potential Residential subscribers for: the extension of the Cable System under this subsection; nor the provision of a cable drop to the premises of any potential Residential subscriber requesting service, so long as the drop does not exceed 125 feet in length.

  • Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. Customer also understands and acknowledges that the performance of the battery backup is not guaranteed. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored. Customer also understands that certain online features of Voice Service, where such features are available, will not be available under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the interruption of the Internet connection.

  • Duration of Services Any individual Service in this Section B shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 9 months following the Distribution, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes.
