Common use of Dental Service Plans Clause in Contracts

Dental Service Plans. The primary plan shall be substantially comparable to the Oregon Dental Service’s “Incentive Dental Program,” which includes coverage for orthodontic, crown, and inlay services. Employees may, at their option, select Kaiser dental coverage regardless of whether they have Kaiser or PacificSource medical insurance.
