DEOT Interconnection Facilities. Subject to Sprint’s sole discretion, Sprint may (1) order DEOT Interconnection Facilities as it deems necessary, and (2) to the extent mutually agreed by the Parties on a case by case basis, order DEOT Interconnection Facilities to accommodate reasonable requests by AT&T.
