Interconnection Facility definition

Interconnection Facility. The physical connection of separate pieces of equipment and transmission facilities within, between and among networks, for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access, subject to the trunking requirements and other terms and provisions of this Agreement. Interexchange Carrier (IXC): A carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Service.
Interconnection Facility means the physical connection of separate pieces of equipment, transmission facilities, etc., within, between and among networks, for the transmission and routing of exchange service and exchange access.

Interconnection Facility is the jaw side of Producer's disconnect switch 262 and 272 and such facilities located between the Interconnection Point and the Delivery Point necessary to effect the transfer of Electricity produced at the Production Facility to the Electrical System, as such facilities are identified in more particularity in Exhibit A to this Agreement, and shall include any Modifications, replacements or upgrades made to the interconnection facility.

Interconnection Facility means all facilities which shall include, without limitation, switching equipment, protection, control and metering devices etc. for the incoming power evacuation line to be installed at its substation and evacuation transmission/ distribution line emanating from the Seller’s ex bus and maintained by the State Power Utility as per the relevant provisions of Haryana Grid Code (HGC), Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time, to enable evacuation of electrical output from the project at the inter connection point.
