TRANSPORT AND TERMINATION of the following types of traffic shall not be subject to the Reciprocal Compensation arrangements set forth in Section
6.4.1 Tandem Transit Traffic shall be treated as specified in Section 7 below of this Attachment.
TRANSPORT AND TERMINATION. 5.1 The parties will utilize bill and keep as a reciprocal compensation mechanism until otherwise agreed between the parties or ordered by the Commission.8
5.2 In the event bill and keep is terminated and the Parties have not agreed on reciprocal compensation arrangements to replace xxxx and keep or the Commission has not ordered replacement arrangements, the determination of an appropriate reciprocal compensation mechanism shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in Section 27.
