Department and Orientation Meetings. At the beginning of each school year, there shall be an orientation meeting for all classified employees. All employees shall attend, and employees who are not scheduled to be on duty shall be paid for the time that they are required to be in attendance, which shall be at their regular hourly rate, for a minimum of one (1) hour. Department meetings shall be scheduled prior to the opening of school. Employees not scheduled to work shall be paid a minimum of one (1) hour at the regular rate of pay.
