DEPARTMENT CHAIRPERSON (SECONDARY. With the concurrence of the majority of the teachers in the department, one (1) daily non-teaching period, in addition to a preparation period, shall be scheduled for the department chairperson. The additional non-teaching period shall be used exclusively for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the department chairperson.
