Common use of Department Faculty Vote Clause in Contracts

Department Faculty Vote. Within ten (10) days of the Committee finalizing the department clarifications, the department faculty shall conduct a confidential and anonymous vote on said clarifications. Faculty that are in their terminal year of employment (as a result of non-reappointment or layoff), visiting faculty, and instructors do not vote on the clarifications.
