Department Review of Current Chair. The DPC chair shall provide ten (10) Working Days’ notice to all Members of a special department meeting to review the incumbent Chair. After the special meeting of the Department, the DPC shall administer a secret ballot of all Members of the Department, to vote on whether the incumbent Chair shall be reappointed or extended, and forward the results to the Xxxx.
