DEPARTMENTAL STAFFING. Section 1: The City agrees it shall maintain a daily minimum present for duty Combat Force of twenty-six (26) State certified Firefighters. Upon request of the Union, the City agrees to enter impact bargaining with the Union for wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment related to the staffing of any additional Fire stations.
